Body update post vacation;
2 weeks break from the gym, remained 100% consistent with my Nutrition and meal plan, No Weight gained, muscle mass remained the same. All in all, I'd say it was a pretty awesome #Vacation and just goes to show you that superb #Nutrition is super easy to do, convenient and on the go... No excuses! First day back at the gym 💪🏼, no new Muffin top to worry about or new rolls, I feel like a million bucks.
