Another day - and almost no workout! School holidays can throw a spanner in the works, but we both wanted to train. Which ticks off my goal for consistency (never missing a Monday, and also my other goal of training at least once a week together). Ryan got home at 7:50pm we were training in the garage 8:15pm (not ideal) but we felt good when it was done. It was tough.

TRX horizontal grip row (20 reps)
Deadball throwdown (15 reps) 25kg, 15kg
Deadball front squat (10 reps) 25kg, 15kg
Run (end of the street, return)
