Picture 1: Me approx. 2 years ago, I remember taking this picture because I was about to start a 3 day juice diet (😑) n took this as a 'before' picture. I did zero exercise at this time n used to eat and drink crap 99% of the time.
Picture 2: I had been going to the gym for about 3 months at this point, I'd go every single day, eat nothing but scrambled eggs for breakfast and chicken and broccoli for tea and would avoid social occasions because I was too scared to stray from my routine. I hadn't had a period for months as I was consuming too few calories for my body to find the energy to have one and I was underweight according to my doctor.
And picture 3: This was taken this morning when I was hungover out of my mind in @fittedbypierre's pyjamas 😹 I weigh the exact same as picture 1, 10.5 stone. I eat a healthy BALANCED diet 80% of the time which includes carbs, something I struggled with for a while and 20% of the time, I eat pizza, chocolate, peanut butter (out the jar, don't judge 🤤😻) etc. when I feel like it ☺️ I currently go to the gym for between 40 minutes - 1 hour, 4/5 times a week.
