Hi everyone, I've been working on my never ending quest to come into handstand from Downward facing dog, and I just can't seem to find the balance when I lift my legs up from that tuck position! I think it's the repositioning of the back that I need to work on??!... but slowly slowly... I'm in no rush (🙄)!
I do love having this little personal challenge to sink my teeth in to though... that's the beauty of yoga, you never ever stop learning, developing and growing in one way shape or form! 😄🙏🏼💜.
