I think this was probably fake tan anyway 😂😂 Who thinks I should book a flight back to Sydney? 😉.

Late dinner because I was video charting with my sister is bean and pepper chilli with brown rice and veggies. 🍽 I have a weird fear of having full portions or carbs with things like this because I see it as a 'massive' meal despite it being normal (I think)? 🙈 Found this in the freezer last night and lord knows how long it's been there but it must've been a fair wee while since a) I've been scared of my own cooking again recently, and b) the portion size was tiny, which I ain't about these days. ✋ Like I remember splitting this into like 8 portions despite it being a 4 serving recipe? So silly, won't be doing that again. But WILL be making this again, AND with a proper carb source, because carbs are an essential part of a balanced diet. 💪.

I made a wolfberry vinaigrette today that is pretty yummy! 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 oz of ningxia red, 1 TBS Dijon mustard, 1TBS of honey, salt to taste and 2 drops of @younglivingeo lemon vitality essential oil.
