I'm eating A LOT of fruits and veggies during our fast. It's been so good for my body to clean out all of the holiday junk I let creep back in. This is my Kale salad 🥗with pears, 🍐🍐grapefruit, almond slivers, purple onion and goat cheese. I made a wolfberry vinaigrette today that is pretty yummy! 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 oz of ningxia red, 1 TBS Dijon mustard, 1TBS of honey, salt to taste and 2 drops of @younglivingeo lemon vitality essential oil. It was DELICIOUS. 😍.
