There are 2 years between these two photos! . The photo on the right was the first photo I ever took as a coach and the one on the left is from last summer! The difference between the two may be subtle to some but I can see it! . On the right I'm 28....on the left I'm just shy of 31! There's more definition in my arms and abs and my hips are smaller πŸ˜† My nutrition on the left is very restrictive vs. much more balanced on the right (no cutting out food groups)! . But I'm most proud of the difference you can't see! The mental and emotional difference! I'm MUCH more confident in the photo on the right! I no longer struggle with my body image! I feel strong and beautiful both inside and out and I know that I'm capable of anything that comes my way both physically and mentally! . This is what 2 years of consistently working out at home, mostly just 30 minutes a day, and following proper nutrition with the 80/20 rule can do! . Just because I was already thin and toned doesn't mean I didn't feel like progress could be made! Progress can always be made no matter where you are in your journey! . Looking at these two photos makes me so excited to get back to these programs in the next few weeks! I know they work! I'm proof they work! It's all in the smile - Two years ago I spent 140 bucks on this revolutionary program that in 21 days promised to kick unhealthy habits and help me lose up to 15 lbs. What I didn't know was that money wasn't spend on a program that was going to change the way I viewed my health. It was going to be money invested into a community that would change my life. - See my whole life I struggled with poor self esteem. Constantly belittling myself in my head and comparing myself to others, even going to extreme measures to try and be something but me. It was a mental battle that controlled my life and took a toll on my health. - But what I found in my first 21 days was that exercise became a release for those ugly thoughts. When I was working out I felt strong and powerful. Like I had control of the situation, which was a feeling I never felt before in my life. But then when the workout stopped those thoughts would start to creep back so I would turn to my accountability group that had my coach and a group full of people feeling exactly the same way I did and being truthful and honest about their struggles but never judging each other for them. - 21 days turned in to six weeks and then six months and I found myself not questioning my worth anymore. I filled my mind with positivity and food was a form of fuel not to be used as punishment. The 140 bucks wasn't just spend on a program it was invested in my health. - Don't view it as spending money on your health. It's money invested in your health because at the core of my struggles when I got my mental, spiritual and physical health in order everything got better. - Are you ready to invest in this community that has changed my life? I grew up in a tiny town (under 1,000). I graduated with under 50 others from a school that housed pre-k through seniors in high school. My entire high school is smaller than most graduating classes. But Necedah High School has produced more world championships than most. We're small but successful. I'm proud of where I come from. This town shaped me.
