The Spanish Tin checking in 📍 : Plaza de las Flores, Murcia. Here's two things I miss most about Spain: the architecture with its plazas for coffee drinking and eating, and the BEST fideua I ever had was made by my co-worker's mom at her home in Murcia. Fideua may be lesser known in the US but is is extremely popular in Valencia/Murcia region and is equally delicious as any paella when prepared to perfection, as hers was! 💃🏻 💕 I'm pretty sure the secret is in the broth (which was seafood based) but alas, she would not share her culinary secrets with me. I tried! 😀
