Yayyyyy! So much has changed for me in one year in all aspects of my life 🌟So happy and grateful for my ongoing progress and results with @ufit_studio 👊🏻💪🏻👊🏻💪🏻 How have i done this??? Followed everything my coaches @hanneysamuel and @carolinethefoodie told me to do to the letter... 15000 plus steps a day, trained 3-5 times a week in the gym with a programme designed for me and me only, PT sessions every week, fell in love with training, overhauled my eating habits, developed a passion for cooking fresh healthy balanced meals, never depriving myself of anything, creating healthy alternatives to naughty treats, stayed accountable with video diaries and my bi weekly one to ones with my coach, utilised the fantastic support network with other 'ufitters' and focused on my goals intently, transforming my lifestyle completely 💕
Fat loss is no longer my goal and I am eating so much yummy food in order to maintain what I have achieved 😍(even when fat loss was my goal I was still eating plenty and never went hungry) currently having around 2000 calories a day which believe me is a lot of food 😍😍and I can eat a lot! And that's set to go up as I embark on a muscle building programme!
