Reality check. I'm really just posting this photo to say I haven't been posting photos because I've been busy AF... a typical day for me I leave in the morning burdened down with way too much stuff😝 my lunch box of meals for the day, a backpack too full so I have to carry some of my books, a gym bag, stuff for research, and you can't really see it but of course my coffee😂 I rarely do my hair... just let it do it's thang, and a lot of the time I don't even try hard enough to wear leggings #sweatpantslife. Some days are obviously busier than others and it ebs and flows in terms of how much attention I give to one thing or another but one thing I've learned is that balance for me at least is not really a reality and that not a bad thing either! whatever I'm focused on be it school to fitness or whatever, that gets almost all my attention until I need to shift it. To be successful in something, i need to be obsessed with that thing... give it my energy. Not to say balance doesn't or can't happen but I think it's more like an equilibrium that shifts towards whatever stress or pressure is put on the system/our lives in order to maintain it.
