Fix your posture and pull your chest and shoulders back with this great exercise 💪👌
Together with stretching of the chest and shoulders of course.
I recommend to have your palms up and do it pretty slowly and with control.
Anyway it's a great exercise to strengthen the back of your shoulders 🤘🙏🐃💃
