Some days you just DO NOT want to. It's hard, even to just get yourself out the door. But nothing worth doing is ever easy. Here's what helps get me going even when I really don't want to (because I'm the queen of excuses and we all have shitty days):
1. Have an accountabilibuddy- someone you txt or call who believes in you & will make you go no matter how many excuses you come up with!
2. Make sure your gear works! (I've gone through 2 sets of Beats headphones in 18 months! 😤)
3. Download your favourite podcasts, it makes those crappy runs a little more bearable.
4. Have a mantra - 'if Oprah can do it, I can!'
5. Have faith in yourself and always keep your eye on that impossible goal. No regrets, no excuses.
