Most important meal I have each day is this shake! Before any other meal I make sure I have this! My bodies craving nutrients and there is plenty of protein, fats, carbs and vitamins in this shake to make sure I perform at my best! I've had a lot of people say I can't be cutting down to 80kg on 4,000 calories per day, that pro bodybuilders cut on less to there stage weight, all I can say to that is everyone is different, I burn through calories like no ones business! This is the first of my 7 daily meals. I need to get in a lot of protein and fats to keep my body working optimally! Don't take a carbon copy of someone else's diet and expect it to work for you like it did for them! Every person is set up different and that's why no two plans of mine are the same! Everyone who works with me knows that week by week we are changing things and getting the best from there bodies and time spent in the gym! If you coach gives you a 8-12 week diet upfront with what you will be eating or doing in week 8-12 at week 1 , get rid of them! Cookie cutter plans don't work!
