Pumpkin spice protein granola 🙌😍! I wanted some granola, so why not add some protein AND delicious flavor?!
First, melt 1T coconut oil & 1T honey in medium bowl. Next, stir in any mix-ins you'd like! I used 1/4c oats, small handful of @vitacost crushed pecans, and about a T of unsweetened coconut. Stir in 1 1/2 scoops of @nlaforher pumpkin pie protein powder (it's new)! If mixture is too dry, add a bit more honey until it all sticks together.
Spread onto baking sheet, and bake at 350F for 10 minutes (stirring halfway through). Enjoy! 🎃
