My next Virtual Gym is now open!! Who is ready for fABulous february?? Spring break and even summer will be here before we know it, and lets be honest, crash diets DO NOT work. Summer bodies are made in the winter and the time is NOW. Registration is open for my FABULOUS FEBRUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE
With these programs (which I have used to lose 25 POUNDS), you don't have to leave in the cold to go to a gym (who has time for that anyway?!), you just have to push play for 30 min a day and follow the simple nutrition plan with the meal plans, recipes and grocery lists provided!
Here's how the challenge works:
•We start prep week (a time to prepare) on January 30th (which is WHY you need to get your supplies NOW, especially while it is on promo;) ) Workouts begin on February 5th ENDING ON March 5th!
•No one has to pay to enter. Your payment is your workout program and our Shakeology that you work with me to get (AKA the healthy tools that helped me get in the best shape of my life).
•You will keep an official log of your workouts/one shake a day in the My Challenge Tracker app (super easy, I’ll help you set it up), and in a group on here to have the extra support! The accountability is the GAME CHANGER!
