Morning routine // every morning now I get up fuss over the kid and make sure he's fed, changed, lunch packed, blah blah blah blah and all that before I start my morning routine for me. A spoon full of good bacteria fermented foods, a turmeric latte and then this 👆🏼 my fave on the go protein smoothie. Organic Pea protein by @teresacutter_healthychef with some Chia love obviously ♥️ Then when I'm at work or out and about with the kid, then is when I coffee. Mmmmm coffeeee...
