Between 10 pm-2 am: RECOVERY. Between 2-6 am: HORMONAL REGULATION.
I've spent the last few months in a sleep deprived state, up at 2 am every night, cramming sugar and pursuing life goals. While watching depression and nagging injuries I never get creep in. Since the world says you can't grind and sleep simultaneously, I'd rather be "lazy" and "broke", and rejuvenate my quality of life.
