Who remembers the cardio kickboxing craze of the late '90s? Maybe you had to be an American female between the ages of 15 and 45... I was 17 and I thought I'd skip the "cardio" classes and try the real thing. Turns out, there is plenty of cardio in real kickboxing training, and I'm not too much a fan of getting punched in the face. 😜 I do dig jumping rope, though. I got back into it doing Integral Strength with @gmbfitness I usually do it for time or max number of skips, but this morning I gave some speed skipping a try. 100 jumps in just over 30 seconds.
