Incline bench press strength is getting better although my left arm lags behind horribly. Hoping to get this up to 185 for reps in a few weeks. Never realized it but I was leaving a good 4 inches of range of motion to touch bar to chest vs. using dumbbells. #fitness#instafit#strengthtraining .
