Friday night happenings. It was leg day which meant upping my deadlifts. Nailed it! I hit 120x10. I was super pumped. After was cardio. Did attempted the stairs again. Thought I was going to die. 10 min and 655 stairs. 55 more than the day before. I am warning my high carb day! #cardioishardio#carbcycling .

I've absolutely loved this past month and the new exercises that @gracefituk has introduced me. It's made me fall more in love with weight lifting and working out💕 Today was back and shoulders and good lord let's hope I don't have to use my shoulders at all because they are on fire🔥 I love/hate working shoulders but muscle burn afterwards always makes me feel great!.
