Day 158: 1 day late posting my pics from 3/28. Gotta be honest guys....I slacked the last few weeks. For a few reasons/excuses, one being sick for a week, I haven't been to the gym. I'm not happy with myself. I don't want to say I gave up, but I got extremely sidetracked. It's disappointing. I don't think I gained weight or overall mass but I do feel that I lost muscle. Everyday is a new day...☀️.

So this finally happened on squats. I absolutely smashed the rep of 180 so decided to give 200 a go. Unfortunately I hit the point of no return and like a 60 year old man failed to get it up. It was really close though so I might just have to attempt it again…

Everyone that has tried it and finished through has set a record for themselves with the number of calories they've been able to burn in just 20 to 30 minutes. ---------------------------------------------------- 1. Stretch properly first 👍🏾 2. Find a dope playlist that will keep you going without feeling the pain 🎶 personally without music it's a chore 😖 3. Hold on to the handles so you can keep your balance unless you're a pro and can fight Spider-Man hence no need for any grip support 🙌🏾lol 4.
