Currently in Week 3 of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program and I am happy to report that I hit a 20lb PR in squats! Felt like I was about to hit a plateau, but I told myself I can't quit and grind the hell out. I'm 15lb close to the 200s club just in time for my 27th birthday in two days. I present to you 1x185 🙂.
