Jou Sportsfreunde! Ich habe meinen Trainingssoll, für diese Woche, seit gestern erfüllt.😌 Daher heißt es für mich heute PAUSE! Ohne irgendjemanden in seiner Trainingsmotivation bremsen zu wollen will ich heute das Thema Pause kurz anschneiden. Es ist EXTREM WICHTIG Trainingspausen einzulegen! Denn der Muskel wächst ja bekanntlich nicht unter dem Training sondern danach! ☝🏽😉 Ich habe es am eigenen Leibe erfahren dürfen wie es ist, wenn man 6-7 Mal in der Woche trainiert. In diesen 8 Wochen -welche ich erstaunlicher weise durchgehalten habe- habe ich nicht wirklich Muskeln aufgebaut. Ich war schlapp und hatte keine Energie. Sogar das Training hat mich teilweise schon sehr angekotzt. Daher musste ich was ändern! Ich wechselte den Trainingsplan und Plante 2 FIXE Trainingsfreie Tage in der Woche ein. Und es ging wieder voran, ich fühlte mich wieder besser und fiter und hatte wieder richtig bock auf das Training! Also was schloss ich daraus?
