[[ TRIBE VIBE ]] We worked few progressions towards backbridge yesterday at the TRIBE.
We learnt how and why its important to free up, open and work the wrists, shoulders, spine and hips while helping each other.
Quite a few had never attempted it but everybody was off the floor and made an improvement in their quality of Movement.
