🌿DIY drinkable vitamins, aka Herbal Infusions. I've been drinking jars of this mix for the last few days, I think it's the change in seasons that has my body craving certain different nutrients. Whatever it is, this is hitting the spot. A herbal infusion is a super strong tea - to a jar add a few different herbs (the mix I've been chugging is 2 tbsps stinging nettle, 2 tbsps raspberry leaf, 1 tbsp goji berries), and pour over some freshly boiled water. Allow the mix to steep for at least 4 hours (I leave mine overnight), strain it, then enjoy. The long steep time ensures that all the nutrients from the herbs is infused in the water, which are then easily absorbed by your body when you drink this up. Cheers!☕️.
