Its Friday! Finally was able to do legs today 🤗. I have had to take some time off my normal routine due to back spasms and getting sick 😖. Been getting by with light upper body strength training but today is the first day I have done legs and butt in about a month! Planning on sticking to gentle strength training and cardio until my back has fully recovered 💪
Slow and steady wins the race 🐢..... but I cannot wait to get back into it ASAP!.
