The 25min classes boost your metabolism and your afterburn, all good for fat reduction. Sjaan is in this morning every half hour until 9.30am and then again 12pm - 2pm in Covent Garden and Ian is in Fitzrovia. If you can only get into an evening class, they're back every half hour from 5pm, Ian is in Covent Garden and Eszter is in Fitzrovia.
