Had needed to put the training wheels back on for the past few months to get myself back in order by just eating intuitively... My biggest downfall is sweets and I realized I just needed to be eating more protein for my blood sugar levels. Everyone knows to some extent what they SHOULD be doing... Started @nutrishopusa 's 12 week challenge Saturday and my goal is to lose 8-10% bodyfat... It starts with your nutrition... you can put in all the work in the gym but the time away is just as important. I've always liked the quote "I eat for function, not flavor." I just wanna teach myself more discipline this year and do tings the RIGHT way. My macros for the next month are going to be: CAL: 1,714 C: 159.5 P: 162.5 F: 43.5.
