I like #throwbackthursday because it gives me a chance to see how far I've come and also see my previous best. I posted my current measurements on my IG story and it's really satisfying to see the improvements that I'm making in a quantitative manner. My career field was in metrology/calibration so I get excited when the numbers back up what I see in the mirror. -
-This pic is from one month out of my pro debut and was coincidentally on March 21st, 2016(just over a year ago) I weighed 142.0 lbs and was feeling pumped, full and shredded post upper body workout. Taking meticulous notes, photos and logging my weight during contest preps has basically made my entire body a case study for natural bodybuilding over these last 5 ish years. Damn, I love this "sport". -
And you already know, the goal is to be leaner, bigger and fuller by summer of 2018! Time, patience, consistency, effort, volume, frequency, etc all will lead to improvements and bringing up weak points. I'm hyped #MaXHype #maxhypetraining #naturalbodybuilding #tbt #throwback .
