#tbt to when I was 220lbs, lazy, and hated to exercise. I couldn't do 1 pull-up and had to modify greatly. The desire to workout wasn't there but I knew I had to make a change. I pressed play on day 1 struggling like hell. I knew nothing about nutrition but was able to drop to 180lbs that summer and eventually more. What matters is I took that 1st step when I didn't want to. I paid 120 dollars for this DVD set. Now, all the programs are avlb for less than that lol. It was a great stepping stone to what is now a big part of my life. Today, just stepping into a gym, or working out in general would've never happened without this program.
