Hallo meine Lieben, ich bin über den Berg 🤸🏼‍♀️. Zwar fühle ich mich immer noch schlapp & Bäume ausreißen ist auch noch nicht möglich aber pünktlich zum Wochenende sollte ich wieder fit sein. I have the kind of job where I am always on the move, and sometimes I just don't have the time to eat a full meal. I always make sure I have macro-friendly snacks like these at home that I am able to easily throw into a bag and eat on the go during the day. Почему тренироваться много бессмысленно🤗 Многие думают,что 5-6 тренировок идеально для похудения,что выползать из зала это показатель качественной работы😐 📌К сожалению расход калорий во время занятий не такой уж и большой,особенно у новичков.У каждого человека  будет свой и узнать это можно только посетив лабораторию,никакие приложения не скажут вам точных данных. 📌200-300к за тренировку совсем немного,а в остальное время машина,сидячая работа,диван,а кушать-то хочется при этом. ☝️А чем больше вы включаете тренировок,тем аппетит становится больше(🍭🍦🍰 не получается ограничиться парочкой штук) и контролировать кол-во съеденных калорий уже не так просто,да дебильные правила в виде угли после 16 нельзя,искусственно позволяют снизить общий калораж,но как по мне это для приматов🙊Человек разумный может встать на ступень выше и более осознанно подойти к своему питанию,без глупых ограничений😄 📌Соответственно,при большой нагрузке организм находится в стрессовом режиме,если вы еще и любитель кардио и рациона на 1000к,считай красная лампочка зажглась🆘 Ваше тело просто прекратит тратить энергию,потому что основная задача-это обеспечить выживание,женщинам еще и вынашивание ребенка. 📌Поэтому вы начнете быстрее уставать,вам захочется больше спать,вы начнете неосознанно медленнее передвигаться и в итоге общая трата калорий за день сильно упадет.Вы просто не сможете худеть и такое часто бывает,думаю из вас тоже кто-то с этим сталкивался,вот тогда и начинают обвинять несчастные 🍬 или любой другой продукт,когда дело на самом деле не в этом. Есть норма потери жира,можно найти тут #gloom_тренировки ,быстрее не получится,либо будете худеть за счет мышц,либо весь процесс окончательно заглохнет. 💪Поэтому все как всегда-УМЕРЕННОСТЬ,небольшой дефицит калорий(не меньше 1300-1400),предпочтительно силовые 2-3р в неделю,больше активности в быту (лестница,а не лифт,пешком,а не на машине),кардио не больше 2х часов в неделю,можно и вовсе без. ☝️Легкое чувство голода нормально испытывать на дефиците,но у вас и силы должны быть и хорошее самочувствие).
