Giuuuse it's one month today to my pre op consultation I'm SO excited 😁😄
This is the big push to take my shredding up a notch. Sometimes it's hard because I'm up on average 18h a day, or after back to back 8-8am shifts I sleep the whole day making my workout nil and me eating whatever I want.
SooOoOo now that I have a time frame (goals are always easier for me with a time goal because with everything in life I'm miss procrastination) I have restocked the fridge with fruits and veggies, freezer with frozen fruits and veg, cupboards with rice cakes, thin wheats and popcorn for munchies, protein powder, pasta, bread (no carbs no me...I'm vegan!) etc ☺️and am going to do morning workouts when I'm not working and night workouts on the nights I have time (8-8 leaves no time, deff not an excuse especially when your gym closes at 7 on weekends #wtf #goodlife )
Currant stats (that I'll update February 16th) are;
Weight; 125 😒
Hips; 39.9 (or 40 with tape loose)...step aside @jlo 😏
Bust; 31 😅😭😂 Goals in one month;
Hips; whatever, they're first to lose inches
Bust; 31 no hope there
