There are people in this world who lift your spirits and make you smile every time they pop up and others who will drain the life out of you at every opportunity.
Dealing with our own self doubt is more than enough to deal with, without taking on others' negativity.
We don't necessarily need to surround ourselves with others on a similar journey but people who understand that what we are doing is making us happy. Friends that don't encourage you to achieve whatever it is that you want for yourself are really not friends.
I've always thought that at a certain age you should have your act together but here I am at age 41 still not knowing exactly what I want to be when I grow up! 🙈Although I have a job I've always felt there is a better FIT for me somewhere else.
I've thought of countless business ideas and new inventions and all it's ever taken is one person to plant a seed of doubt and I've dropped the idea like a sack of potatoes!
Today I woke up feeling ruthless and wanting to wipe out all negativity that is stopping me from moving forward and truly giving things a go. Sometimes it's unavoidable so we need to use the negative energy as fuel.
Last night I was reading reviews for Tracy Anderson's dance cardio and when I read things like 'if you don't have a dance background, don't even bother' or 'if you're not experienced in learning choreography you won't be able to do it' it made me want to take the challenge on. Since I have to seriously think about which is my left and my right, have no experience with dance, struggle to remember any sequence whatsoever and have two left feet, I decided this was perfect for me! 😂
I decided to stick with one dance only and yep it was a little difficult but I wasn't expecting to have it down pat after only one session and in any case anything that is fun and burns a few extra calories can only be taken as a success! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽😉
