Breakfast and lunches prepped! I made ground chicken and mango "sausage" patties with 2 eggs and fruit. I would usually have oatmeal instead of fruit, but I have one week left of the whole30 so I won't cheat! Lunch is spaghetti squash with turkey sausage and organic pasta sauce. For snacks I have a Lara Bar and cashews if I need them. Dinner will be tuna and egg whites with a potato (yes it sounds wierd, but I'm using up what I have!).

Always working on that v-taper✈️✈️ I've had one of the best days in a long time today- and I worked 12 hours. My mindset has been really negative the past couple months about alot of things and I didn't even realize it was affecting my mood. I was listening to some motivational speeches during my workout today, and something clicked- that mindset that made me fall in love with bodybuilding- if you want to succeed, you've got to put in the work. Now that I've been in off season for a while, it's shocked me how much better my body feels after a weight lifting session. When you're depleted everything feels like work- really hard work. But lately I've been noticing, I'm pushing myself harder than ever and I still have energy left in the tank. And the soreness the next day is proving how hard I'm really working πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ. 5 months to bring in a stronger me. Today was one of those days were I felt 0 motivation πŸ˜… I was dragging by 4. Wanted to nap... I legitimately felt like a grandma hahaha. I forced myself to the gym and I said no matter how I do it I will reach my step goal (10,000 steps) before I relax for the night. I put on the finale of The Biggest Loser, walked (I'm not released to run yet!!) and did some squats and push-ups intermittently throughout my 3 mile walk. It flew by and I was relieved that I did not give in to my excuse "I'm too tired". We all have those days where we are dragging and do NOTTT want to workout. But here's the kicker, the days you don't want to workout but DO are the days that really matter. That teaches your mind and body to stay consistent no matter what πŸ‘ŠπŸ½ #aclrecovery .
