Want big arms? Develop your triceps!
When most people thing of big arms, they immediately think of biceps. But what they don’t know is that their biceps only make up 1/3 of their arm. The other 2/3 are made up of their triceps. Your triceps are made up of 3 heads, the lateral, long and medial. If you fully develop these muscles you’ll notice your arms look BIGGER.
Here is my favorite triset to really attack my triceps:
Exercise 1: Incline Barbell Skull Crusher 12 reps
Exercise 2: Incline Dumbbell Skull Crusher 20 reps
Exercise 3: Incline Dumbbell Kick Backs 12 reps
The idea here is to really hammer the long head of the triceps with weight, volume and contraction. When preforming the kick backs, you want to make sure to pause at the top of each rep and really SQUEEZE the muscle..
