Meal no. 3 today. It ain't all burgers, bacon, melted cheese and sweet potato fries! 99% of the time it's stuff like this. Plain ol' grilled chicken and asparagus. 6 x a day. 6 days a week. 👌.
Sometimes I get really down if I eat one thing that isn't perfectly healthy. Like a couple chocolate covered almonds or a couple French fries. I feel like these couple of things are what hold me back. I'm hoping that I'll learn it's okay but it'll take time. I used to eat so well all the time and then once I ate something I'd consider off track I'd splurge causing me to consume thousands of calories within ten minutes. I don't wanna go back to that. One day at a time💪.
