MORNING! 💜 I created these for my @squareorganics takeover and they're called 'AMAZEBALLS' - and I'm sure you can figure out why🤤 Had over 100 square organics fans save this recipe- so I figure I would share on my page too 😀 Peanut butter cinnamon bun energy bites with coconut square chip chunks! 😱 Can I get a hell yeah!? 😎 1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a blender or a food processor to make it more crumbly: (1.25 cups of @bobsredmill organic rolled oats, 2 tbspns chia seeds- I used @salbachia ground chia, and 2 tblspns @mrm_usa cinnamon bun protein(you can use any protein though😋) 2. Add dry ingredients to a bowl and then add wet ingredients: 1/2ish cup of @wild_friends peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/8 cup unsweetened @califiafarms almond milk(add more if your mix seems a little too dry depending on how the protein powder absorb it, just make sure the mixture is still sticky enough to make into balls!😜) 3. Finally add chopped up square chunks (whichever flavor you fancy) and mix gently into the mixture! 4. Form balls from the mixture and place on a sheet with parchment paper, and place in the fridge for 30mins/1hour 5. Ещё один вариант сырного пирога с семенами льна, чиа и сушёными помидорами 😋 🍴🍴🍴 ▫️ Сыр 27%: 400 г ▫️ Яйца сорт 0: 2 шт ▫️ Мука рисовая: 4 ст.л. (80 г) ▫️ Мука полбяная: 4 ст.л. (80 г) ▫️ Мука кукурузная: 2 ст.л. (40 г) ▫️ Кефир обезжиренный: 200 мл ▫️ Зернёный творог: 200 г ▫️ Разрыхлитель: 0,5 ч.л. соды + лимонный сок ▫️ Семена чёрного льна: 1 ч.л. ▫️ Семена белого льна: 1 ч.л. ▫️ Семена чиа: 1 ч.л. ▫️ Сушёные помидоры: 7 г 🍴🍴🍴 Натереть сыр на крупную тёрку, залить кефиром, размешать. Добавить яйца, зернёный творог, гашенную соду и различные семена и сушёные помидоры, снова размешать. Постоянно мешая тесто, постепенно добавляем муку (можете взять любую на свой вкус), доводим тесто до однородного состояния, выливаем в форму и отправляем в разогретую духовку примерно на 35 минут при температуре 180 градусов.
