(Just ask @pladd0522 πŸ™ˆ) I had tried other things that I suffered through to try to feel better and get healthy, and I was miserable! They didn't taste good and the diets were hard. It wasn't until I found 21 day fix and Shakeology that it finally clicked and I had found my thing. Something that FINALLY worked for me.
