This is important and very hard to implement in some cases. Let's be honest the reason why most people join the gym and start working out is so they can either attract the opposite sex or get their ego stroked by the compliments you get when you are In shape. Same with starting a business most people only do it so they can make enough money to buy fast cars, watches and other expensive things and this is where most people go wrong as you are seeking something that can easily be taking away from you and/or leave you very unsatisfied. Both fitness and business I started with very narcissistic motivation but luckily I have caught on In the early stages of both fitness and business and want to share this message with you. In my case I've noticed happiness and motivation have come from achievement even the slightest achievement gives you an insane buzz and that is what we need to be going after its the skills we learn and constant improvement that makes us happy always strive to be better and never rely on external things to make you happy. You should be happy when you are poor and happy when your rich, you should be happy when you aren't in the best shape and happy when you are in shape as long as you have goals and are going towards them happiness and good vibes will follow. Sorry for the massive post but to further explain this point I read somewhere that astronauts are made to have 3-4 goals on top of the goal of going into space, this is because they found that astronauts who came back from space who had no other goals or ambitions got massively depressed and felt like they've done everything they wanted to do so there's nothing else now. This was too much reliance on an external outcome. It's ok to set goals with a specific detail you want to reach infact that's good but make sure you have other goals and ambitions in the pipeline ready. Anyway to summarise focus on improving yourself and get your main buzz from seeing yourself improving each day and the skills you now have which were needed to reach your goal and not the pricey new car or 8% body fat which can be taken away from you at anytime..

Because I know everything would get better as long as you keep moving and eventually things will get better. Definitely feeling much better and stronger.
