Good Monday peeps 🙋
It's the beginning of a new week, and we start out with a muay thai session 👊😁 now I am going to be honest here, this was not my best session, not at all 😥 there was something that was sitting on my stomach since yesterday evening and I couldn't figure out what it was. But it affected my whole training session, keeping me from going as hard as I usually do. But! Always remember, the worst training is the one you didn't do 💪😊 So I gave it my best, focusing on form and speed instead while listening to my body. The set up was the usual 30min warm up/conditioning followed by 10min of form warm up and 30min of round work (where I emphasized on form and speed 👌😊). Rounded the whole session out with 30min of technique work, power hits and my usual ab routine 👊😤 it wasn't the best but i am glad I did it nonetheless 😄 and I'm feeling a lot better now too, focusing on my diet throughout the day making sure the get all the good nutrients to get my stomach back in order 👌😁 but for now it's back to the books because I've got a busy week ahead of me 😉 cheers everyone ☕😄
