I started of with 3 x 10 wide stand deadlifts, did 3 x 10 on leg press ( last set was a drop set and forgot to film it ๐Ÿ˜…) and my 3 move was these skiing lounges 3x20 โœŒ๏ธ๐ŸŒธ
