補食はいつもより多めに、焼きそば追加で持たせました。
付属の粉末は添加物たっぷりなので使用せず。
味噌汁は鶏つみれと白菜などの野菜たっぷり入れて味噌鍋風に❤

In a large bowl, Mix 2 cups COOKED Organic Quinoa, 1/2 cup organic ground flaxseed, 3 whole organic eggs or 6 egg whites, 1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup applesauce, cinnamon, 4 packets organic stevia, 1 cup cut up prunes. Add more quinoa if mixture is too thin. Bake at 350 for approx 50 min to 1 hour or until edges are golden brown and set in middle. Great for breakfast or healthy snack.
