These squats felt like 💀☠️💀☠️. Really need to push out my knees more and stay on my heels. (And actually sleep more than 3 hours 😂😂) Did 4x2 of 330 and 3x5 with a 5ish second descent and a 1 second pause with 270. Wished this moved faster considering I did 345x7 which felt easier than this lol. @downing_powerlifting.
