These eyes stare at me, I really wish they would go away!
These bloody Himba's have stitched me up, now I have a friend that is going to last all day!
His mother has gone to fetch some wood, it is her turn to do the chores. She left this one under the family crèche, but symbolically they showed him the doors.
He has latched onto my leg and is not going to let go, he is a needy little bugger & I wonder if his mother is in the know.
Each day she heads off the other women leave him to his own devices, his constant needy ways is not something the other want to entice.
When the woman saw me coming they all scattered to their huts, the last thing I remember seeing were their red stained skins that covered the butts.
As soon as I was spotted, I was stuck with this little Himba companion whose detachment issues were clearly not right & knotted.
When his mother finally appeared toward the end of the day, I found it funny enough that the other women appeared and started moving towards my way.
They played the game precisely his mother had not been aware, her little child had been left all day in this white bald mans care..
