I've been really bad about taking pictures of my food these last 29 days. Tomorrow is day 30 of my first #Whole30 and though I am excited to see how my body reacts to different foods, I'm ready to be able to have a piece of pizza every once in a while. I'm ready to get back to "I can't have that" to "maybe later". I'm tired of being restricted.
Some good things out of this experience:
-feeling better all around
-less trouble sleeping (though I do still have trouble waking up in the middle of the night)
Here to a new knowledge of not only food, but my mind and body's relationship with it.
