It is two completely different cells in the body and can’t be magically turned into one another.
Men & Women - lifting weights won't make you big and bulky.
Eating a surplus of calories, to your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) will help build muscle but it won't happen overnight. It will take months even years to add considerable size.
There is no magic pill or potion for weight loss.
Losing weight is a slow process, eat less and move more! It’s as simple as that. Improving your eating habit's, your willpower and self-discipline. This is far more rewarding than indulging in a king size bar of chocolate.
Moment on the Lips, Forever on the Hips
Spot reduction doesn’t burn fat.
For eg. doing a thousand sit-ups won't show your abs if you still have a lot of body fat.
Fat burns evenly through the body. Being in a calorie deficit will get you abs, toned arms, slimmer thighs. Working that little bit harder at the gym, walking more, moving more will increase the fat burn.
Eating little and often has no effect on metabolism, eating just 3 meals is just as good as eating 6. Purely personal preference. Some people can’t handle eating a lot of food in one sitting so spreading your calorie intake over a number of meals is purely suited to your and your lifestyle.
Making excuses doesn’t burn fat either!
Hard work, dedication, consistency, motivation and having a goal in place to work towards is key.
Supplements aren’t essential.
They are meant to supplement your diet. Sort your diet first then look at where they can be added into to help.
Squats are not bad for your knees.
Squatting incorrectly is bad for your knees.
