I don't diet. I just believe in nutrition. I have seen firsthand the difference it has made to my physique so the proof is in the pudding (pun intended). ☺️ I get asked a lot about my diet..... obviously what I eat won't necessarily work for YOU. My 'diet' is designed for my body, my goals, and around my training program. For best results you need to get this for YOU.
But as a general rundown here are my staples and foods I eat most days: ✳️ Eggs
✳️ Tofu ✳️ Prawns ✳️ Fish ✳️ Avocado ✳️ Rice ✳️ Nuts ✳️ Some fruit ✳️ Veggies..... hellooooooo asparagus and sweet potato 😂
I personally avoid most dairy now because it makes me bloated and gross.... which I only figured out once I cleaned up my diet and realised that shouldn't be the way you feel every day! I'm also a pescatarian, as a personal choice not specifically health related.
Yes I eat carbs, yes I eat foods high in fats. But I do it all strategically. It's definitely not a free for all. Welllll sometimes on cheat meal night 🙊
