Transformation and progress comes in all different forms. Yep, clearly I'm softer.... there are less cuts.... less definition. But I am bigger ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Decide on your goals, visualise that shit, and then work out a plan to achieve them. Actually, don't just achieve them.... smash them. When I shred this all back again my goal is to be bigger, fuller, thicker, and just as lean ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ The time to work is NOW. Focus on your goal daily. And don't let your mind fuck with you if you're not quite there yet. Sometimes that's the hardest part.... to persevere with the middle stages when you're not seeing results. I have seen firsthand the difference it has made to my physique so the proof is in the pudding (pun intended). โ˜บ๏ธ I get asked a lot about my diet..... obviously what I eat won't necessarily work for YOU. My 'diet' is designed for my body, my goals, and around my training program. For best results you need to get this for YOU. But as a general rundown here are my staples and foods I eat most days: โœณ๏ธ Eggs โœณ๏ธ Tofu โœณ๏ธ Prawns โœณ๏ธ Fish โœณ๏ธ Avocado โœณ๏ธ Rice โœณ๏ธ Nuts โœณ๏ธ Some fruit โœณ๏ธ Veggies..... hellooooooo asparagus and sweet potato ๐Ÿ˜‚ I personally avoid most dairy now because it makes me bloated and gross.... which I only figured out once I cleaned up my diet and realised that shouldn't be the way you feel every day! I'm also a pescatarian, as a personal choice not specifically health related. Yes I eat carbs, yes I eat foods high in fats. But I do it all strategically. It's definitely not a free for all. Ok so I'm freaking out ever so slightly that I only have about 9 weeks left to #bulk before it's time to shred this all back again ๐Ÿ˜ฌ My amazing coach has slowly and strategically increased my calories so I'm now on 2600 and 300g of carbs on my high days, which I'm having three times a week. Trust me I am putting those carbs to use! I am not mucking around on #legday. There is no going through the motions. I activate, I'm focused, I get MMC and I hit my tempo on point or the rep doesn't count. I get frustrated, but I know deep down that I'm giving it my all and u can't ask for more than that.
